People Advisory Lead
The role

Further, the successful candidate will:
- Provide leadership, 为咨询团队提供指导和指导，重点是包容性, transparency and empowerment, ensuring exceptional management of IR/ER matters, interpretation and response to leader and employee queries, Service Hub tickets and all responsive people advisory matters. Act as an escalation point and take the lead for complex matters, ensuring consistent and effective practices and decisions. Escalate to the People Partnering Manager as required.

Your skills and experience will include:
- Demonstrated success and experience working in a similar P&C角色，最好是在防守或同样复杂，快节奏的环境中.
- Transparent, empowering, coaching and inclusive leadership style.
- Strong understanding of, and ability to interpret ER/IR legislation, industrial relations instruments, policies and frameworks.
- Commercially and politically astute.
